2. Service Description

InboxZebra is a macOS application that helps users organise their email inboxes by providing automated categorisation and management tools. The service connects to Gmail and Office 365 accounts via secure OAuth2 authentication and processes emails locally on the user's device.

3. User Obligations

By using InboxZebra, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Not use the service to send spam or engage in any illegal activities
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro and Business features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

4.2 Subscriptions

After the trial period, users may subscribe to Pro ($10/month or $96/year) or Business ($25/month or $240/year) tiers. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the remaining period of a monthly subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in InboxZebra, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the property of Be Specific Consulting Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Specific Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of InboxZebra.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InboxZebra at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
